The main working screen in Guardian are built using tabs. Along the top edge of the screen
appear tabs which look much like the tabs of a file folder. Each of these tabs has a topic on it.
Clicking no the topic name will cause that tab to become active and be visible in front of the other
tabs.
It is important to understand the relationship between the tabs in order to effectively use them.
The first two tabs, Provider and Assignment work in conjunction with each other. When a provider
is selected in the Providers list, the same provider is automatically selected on the Assignment
tab.

The synchronization between the Provider and Assignment tabs makes it easy to add a provider,
edit their information, and assign privileges all at once.
Unlike the first two tabs, the third and fourth tabs are not synchronized, either to each other or
any other tabs. They work independently of any other tabs.
