Deleting a Provider
Deleting a provider completely removes them from Guardian. To delete a provider:
1. Select the provider that will be deleted.
2. Click on the Delete Provider button 
.
3. A warning that the provider will be completely removed from Guardian will appear.
4. If you do not wish to delete the provider's record, click the No button.
5. If you are sure you wish to delete the provider, click on the Yes button.
If Yes was selected in the warning dialog, the provider will be completely removed.
WARNING! There is no way to undelete a provider record! If a provider is removed
accidentally, their information must be entered as a new provider.
