Did you know that it costs from $100 to $250 to get an animal to adoption status? Each animal we adopt has a minimum of the following expenses associated with it:

Vaccination

Feline Leukemia or Heartworm Test

Spay/Neuter

Flea & Tick Preventative

Food & Litter

Other medical treatments (Antibiotics, etc.)

Dixie Adoptables is supported by personal funds and donations. We spend over $1000 per month of our personal money to keep this rescue going and it still isn't enough.
